INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: If you are shipping to a foreign country, your shipping charges must be individually quoted. We will contact you with further details on receipt of your order.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS: We provide a free priority mail shipping upgrade as soon as the item comes in stock.

SECURE ORDERING: IHS Enterprises utilizes secure ordering policies. Secure ordering uses a highly sophisticated encryption program that prevents anyone on the Internet from seeing sensitive information, such as your credit card number, when it is being transmitted to our order site. It is highly effective, and you should feel comfortable with placing orders this way (you will know that you are in "secure" mode by seeing the "intact padlock" icon at the bottom of your browser window in Internet Explorer, or by seeing the "intact key" icon at the bottom of Netscape Navigator). Not all web browsers can work in secure transmissions (the latest versions of Netscape and Internet Explorer do fine), so we have non-secure ordering available. If your browser does not support secure ordering methods, just click the option "call for Credit Card Info" and we'll phone you. Be sure you give us your telephone number. Remember, unless you are able to use the "secure ordering" option, it's best to never put your credit card number in an order on the Internet. Also, never send your credit card number through email! Secure methods are not available in email.

OUR RETURNS POLICY: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If items are damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receipt for exchange or refund. For all other returns, an RMA is required. Please call 888-566-5956 or email order.dept@catholichome.com to make arrangements within 3 days of receipt. On non-damaged goods, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Returned items other than damages must be in "as-new" condition. Sorry, we cannot give refunds for opened (previously sealed) packages; for opened software, cassettes, or CDs; also, for health reasons, no refunds are given on chapel veils unless they were damaged when you received them.

Many of these "mega-stores" sell books that promote sinful lifestyles, including homosexuality, pornography, infidelity, paganism, "new age", and other ways of life that are contrary to the Faith and potentially harmful to readers. We will never carry such items. We are committed to Catholicism in all respects, and hope that our outlook will find support from our customers.
